here's the regulation :

THANK YOU , MISS LI ... it's teachers' day today . in retrospect , miss Li who was my primary school teacher is my favorite teacher in my life . she is highly short-sighted , and it's said that his shorted-sighted can hardly be cured . and it's the thing that is always on my mind . being really kind and reproachable , she taught me lots of english knowledge which should be taught in junior high school . so i'm really appreciated her . retrospect to the past things , being a grade-three pupil , i was absent-minded in her class for going to a park with my mother . when the class was over , i was requested to his office . i should have been criticized severely , to my surprise , she didn't . after making of the reason , she told me that i souldn't have your parents know it if you can promise that you would never be absent-minded in class . and of courese i kept my word at that time . then she wanted me to be her assistant . from then on , my english was enhanced so dramatically that i got high mark when i graduated from my elementary school . and now , i just want to say ," thank you , miss Li ." really
